some easy hurdle work
Got two new PBs. squat [email protected] and hang clean [email protected] I missed the first attempt at the second set for cleans but after a little more rest got it.
for abs did some unweighted abs, and side bends [email protected], and 12 lb med ball on decline, 12 times straight up and down and, 5X( left side, right side, middle)
I am feeling good. Next week will be an unloading week.
