I had to do all these different hurdle things but it was ok b/c I was mostly just doing starts or starts and 2 hurdles.
Then 2 full sets college high hurdles
1 full set high school high hurdles
Then 4X100 hand offs
All in spikes
This practice tired me out so I didn't do upper body lifts. I might do a little at home.
