How are you achieving greater fascicle length? The article you link states that this is largely genetically pre-determined, but also down to high intensity sprint training and high intensity lifting. So presumably you are just sprinting and lifting heavy weights? Or are you using stretching methods alluded to in the article? Im also interested in how you are achieving type II conversion through your diet, please share?
