11th grade, 16 years old.
100M – 11.3
200M – 22.9
HJ – 168cm
All of the above was on a pretty old track with 2 easy training sessions a week, each 1 1/2 hours long, with no external work. Hoping to start an intensive program soon so hopefully can shave 0.5 off all those :bounce:
