Good session. I felt like I needed to mix up my max v work a bit so I tried the s/f/s workout which was awesome. I like that it also has a bit of a se component to it. my plyos were good, but I think it was a mistake to do 5 SlJ’s in one set. School track starts Monday. 8/10
