Well today I made the mistake of eating too small of a lunch today. I complelty killed my streak of good Max V work because I was simply too weak to run at top speed for 30m. My fly 30’s were more like 15m fast and then sort of awkwardly decelerate. I finally got to a track again. Once I got home for part II of my workout, I had a quick snack and then was fresh. To substitute for my bad Max V, I did a little bit of extra form work to make up for it. Great second Half of the session
