Today I began my first speed endurance session. It felt a little off because I couldn’t hold 90% well. Maybe it was my lack of tempo earlier this year. Whatever it was, I’m going to start a new tempo setup soon. Other than that, weights went pretty well today. I was a little tired on my cleans, but I think I’ll have better bar speed on Friday.
