This new workout plan is going great. I can get twice the work in half the time with my new, simplified approach. Also, my tempo felt great. Usaully I can never get such a high volume in at such a fast pace so that was good. To make it better, I did the last set outside b/c it was 60 degrees for once and I might have been running as much as 120m! Overall, I’m feeling awesome.
