Todays track session was pretty good. I felt awesome on the point starts, but my medball throw/runs weren’t great. On the cleans I just could not get 120 lbs on my second rep of my fourth set. One time I couldn’t get it up, one time I even fell to my knees. Good session though. 7.5/10
