Good session. Originally I planned on going to the local YMCA, but I slept in way to late. I had to use what I had at home, which limited me to 25 lb dumbells. Still a good session. The sprints felt really good once I got up to max v. Next week might not also be the start of school track b/c they haven’t found a coach yet for 7th/8th graders. Gives me another week of solid training before I have to deal with that.
