Monday was there first time I’ve come out of blocks in a while so I felt a bit rusty, but the last few were decent. My lifts, however, were great. I cleaned 120 lbs with ease, all of my catches were VERY high. This was also the first time I’ve back squated since November and I remember I could barely get this weight down to quarter depth then, and now it felt EASY. Today was a slightly better session and I felt remarkablely good on the first tempo set, but then I suddenly felt really tired. The circuit, however, killed me. it felt awesome. Monday=6/10 Tuesday=8/10
