Okay, I was planning on doing 4-5x50m and lifts, but the weather decided to start pouring and soak everything:(. It was either make today an easier day and move my high cns day to tommorow or modify my workmout to work in my 15m basement. It is probably better that I took today easy because I was up late last night at a movie premeire.
