Today’s session was much better than yesterday. Since we were doing relays today I decided to do some intensive which felt pretty good and fast. The handoffs however.. they need work. I was suprised at my discuss throw b/c it was 2nd best on my team and I have NEVER done anything w/ a discuss. I was kind of mad that I missed our timed “400m’s” (Really 600m) but its fine. My session on my own was low volume to keep with the unload week and I felt really relaxed on my 125’s. Next week I’m starting a new phase and I’ll finally start speed endurance work, my biggest weakness. 8.5/10
