Yeah I do need to add some variety to the power phase that I am in, but this is the last week for it. I dont really think I will need to change much of my max stregnth lifting because I really like to go in there and see how much I can lift. Im a little new to makeing my own workouts, so I am kind of experimenting to see what works and what doesnt, so your help is much appreciated. By the way, you think that 8×200 is too high for volume? I had planned on increasing that over the next few weeks to 10. But I am not sure now. I will probably back off a little over the next few weeks and get the other things I mentioned straigtened out and then see what increasing my volume does.
