i’m a junior in high school and run track. My track coach doens’t take track seriously at all. I was wondering if i could get some workouts for the 100 meters. I also run the 200 and 400. Hear are my workouts as of now. Monday: 6 flying 30’s, Tueday: 6 x200’s, wednesday mile jog, thursday 4 in and outs, friday 3×300’s.
I run a 11.3 100, 23.9 200, and a 59 400. I would like to run a 49 400. i don’t know if its possible but i would like too. If you want any more info on me just let me know.
