Could somebody set up a 100 meter training program for me?? Currently i’m running 5 days a week.
Mondy: warmup, 6 flying 30’s, cooldown, weights.
Tuesday: warmup, plyo’s
Wednesday warmup, 6 x 200 meters. 28-33 seconds
thursday 1 mile jog
friday warmup, 4 in and outs
I’ve been doing this for about 1.5 months. I timed my 100 meter yesteday and ran a 11.7. Any help would be appciated
