Today I ran 5×200 all under 26 seconds with 7 minutes rest
24.12, 24.77, 23.8(don’t ask how), 24.74, 25
are these good times considering this isn’t race pace. My goal by the season start is sub 22. Season start March 3. Anyone think I should hit my goal. My p.b. last year I think was 23.3 and I’ve trained hard lifted. So anyone think I’ll hit my goal. Heck if I want to get crazy low 21’s.
