I need anyones help who can help wit this, my problem is that this is my fresh yr of college and i need some new spikes. I run the 2 and the 4 and i need the perfect spike for me. I can’t really drive out the blocks and so i figured i needed something more aggresive so last year I had the celars but i didnt feel as comfortable running in them. I wore the mj’s throughout most of my highschool career and i love them but the only thing hated about them were that it didn’t get me on my toes like i needed to be, including in the 200. Anyways I want to start this year right, so please help me in making a decision in which sprint spike it best for me. THANKS

I’d reccomend the Nike Superfly G5’s, they are great…They have a stiff plate for an agressive start and they keep you on your toes.

I understand that the Superfly G5 keep you on your toes but since I do the 2 and the 4, I thought G5’s wouldn’t be a good shoe to use in my races including the 4

If your on your toes the whole time it shouldn’t be a problem, but if you fall back on your heels at the end all i can think of is the jsc’s. However they don’t keep you on your toes very well. Sorry i couldn’t help more:(
