how would u train a 400/800 type runner. I want to be in enough shape to run a good 800, but i want to focus mainly on speed. right now im at about 100m-13sec, 200m-27sec, 60sec 400, 2:20 800, 5:40mile. My goals are 12sec 100m, 25sec 200m, 55sec 400m, 2:05 800m. so lay it on me geniuses, please
