          Hello,
I am 23 year old track and field at athlete at a major university in
the United States. I am looking for some assistance in a matter I
          have regarding my athletic career.

          A little about me:
          Height:5'10
          Weight:175
          Body Fat: 11-13 %
          Bench-215
          Squat-335
          Clean(full)-210
          Power Clean-165

For years I have been kind of pudgy. I have never been as lean as I've
wanted to be in my life. Strength wise it has been much of the same.
I can lift a decent amount, yet I am not as strong as I would like to
be,especially for my weight. Although I am a pretty decent track
athlete, I have never been as explosive as I've wanted to be. In 2003 I
put my track career on hold because of some family issues. From that
year to 2005 I went from 185 to 223 pounds. I eventually began
running again, yet I have not totally lost the fast from my time I was
overweight, because I still have that layer of fat covering my abs.
So I have decided after the end of my track season, I will address
that this summer. I am doing a bit of a personal transformation
because I have a a huge goal in mind. I want to qualify for the 2008
Olympic trials in the 400h. I know I have the talent, I really need to
put all together though. So I am going to put myself through a
program called, "Cruxificition", to get there. In this time over the
summer, I will conditioning my body to be as explosive and lean as
possible. I know that as a track athlete I can not be at 11-12
percent body fat. And I know that as a track athlete I need to be a
          explosive elastic machine.

I don't have a lot of money as I am paying for school, and it is hard
to find help pro bono because I cannot afford it which is
understandable. I cannot do do this alone and my research skills in
the area of sports performance is kind of fishy. I know that on here
theyre are some of the best strength and conditioning coaches out
there in here, and I am emailing you to see if anyone could anyway or
shape mentor me. I have an idea of the kind of program I want to put
together, but I want to do it right and make it as hard a possible
but I want to be smart about it. I am a 400hurdler who trains for thr
800 but the 400hurdles in my primary race. His hard to plan a GPP
since I have to address the endurance training, maintaining or
improving my speed and still getting stronger in the weight room.
Then to put together a nutritional guideline for the training I need
to do is tougher.I have been strength training since may 17th and I
have kept a journal of it. I took a week of because off yet,I
continued to build an aerobic base while not lifting and to rest my
body. I would like to be 7 percent bodyfat by January, but right now,
I would like to drop some body fat before we start fall practice on
September 11th. And since I am kinesiology major,it is like a
personal experiment for myself. But it really means the world to me
to reach my goals.I would do anything to get this opportunity because
I really want to reach my goals. So whatever you ask me to do or need
me to do, I will do it. All I am looking for is help or a collective
of ideas or someone to mentor me. I dont need anymore to write a
program for me, just guide me. So if you are willing to help me,I
would really appreciate. Please right me back if you can.
