          I need to use this keep track of my workouts.

          Goal is sub 49 by the end of this.

          Special E
          6x25m Sprints 1:30 Rest Relay Stance. Done in Flats 150=17.93 110=12.43 100=11.11

          4×400 1:07, 1:08,1:10,1:12 1:50 Rest supposed to go 1:12 but it is hard for me to hit paces.

          2 mile PM jog nice easy run.

          3×20 3x30m 3x40m accels done in flats from sprinting start no blocks. 2 foot depth drops to a jump 3×4
          Weight room 3×5 75% Squat
          hang clean 3×5 155lbs velocity
          reverse curls ez bar 50lbs 3×8
          Air Thrusts DB (Glute work) 3×6 60lbs.
