Just curious what everybody's favorite lifts are for performance, not just performing them (even though they could be both). Here are mine:
1. Power Clean
When my clean is up, I feel more powerful. It lets me know how well I'm expressing my strength
2. Back/Front Squat
Gotta have the strength in order to express it
3. Power Snatch
I don't feel as powerful as in the clean, but it helps my explosion, a little speedier than the clean
4. RDL
I love the stretch at the bottom
5. Pullup
TO use a CF term, it helps me monitor my organism strength
