im 16 first year in athletics
400m 57.07 to 54.47 3weeks
200m 24.90 to 24.3 1week
between 16 and 17 I improved from 56.4 to 51.6 in the 400m? and in the 200 between now and this time last year I have improved from 23.6 to 22.9 been training just over a year.
what about the 100m
The first 100 I ever ran I clocked 11.5….although training times would suggest that I have cut it down from about 12.6 to 11.5 in just over a year.
Wow thats alot of time for the 1!!! how’d you do it???
Good speed endurance I guess. My acceleration and blocks are quite poor to be honest. Running 12.6 though that was straight off a football/soccer pitch with no training at all. Have a look at my training log if you are interested in my workouts.
