Hey, matt here and I’m new to the EleteTrack community
So me background info, I’m 16 and an 800m specialist
My base milage during the winter was around 50km, and my one winter indoor race I ran a 2:09..
one month later, I ran the first outdoor race with time of 2:03. My spikes were for distance, so I bought a pair of Nike Zoom Rivals (payed 9 bucks!)
My coach said I can go sub 2 minutes just by using the right middle-distance spikes and running on my toes.
By the end of the season (6 weeks) my goal is 1:56
Can anyone give me advice and help me achieve this goal? Thanks a ton!
