I have been trying to work on my 800m starts. Does anyone have any tips? Narrow stance? Wide stance? I have a bit of over balancing trouble.

i really wouldn’t put too much focus on this- aslong as you dont stuggle to get onto your pace in the first 150m it shouldn’t matter all that much. 800’s arnt won in the first 50m
