what do you think a 15 year old girl around 130…(not fat lol) should be running… around 2.20 -2.30 or faster or slower???

i do 1 hour jogs in the morning 2 times a week adn everyday after school i do differnt things mostly work on speed but it doesnt do much and i do ladders till i get to 400m then i workdown again i train with my track team though and the coachin isnt that great ive been running seriously since i was 12 though but this year is more intense because i have more places to go for track. i can usually run the 800m in around 2.35-2.40 but i cant seem to get faster .

You don't need to do the one hour jogs in the morning. Just make sure you get your training in during the day.
When you say you are giving yourself some speedwork, explain in detail what kind of speedwork you do?
Do something different than ladders everyday. Vary your workouts.

hmm like i do runs around the track and then accelerate and i go and run with the sprinters a couple times a week. i dont do ladders everday , i mainly go for jogs in the morning cause i had to do them for hockey and im used to running them now plus they keep me in more shape for the x-country running in the fall:) but yeah i dano really what other kind of speedwork i do liek i duno how to word it .. ill ask my coach what he calls them on monday when im with them next
