I’ve been battling a pulled ab muscle for awhile now, unfortunately it’s in a bad spot–right where it meets the pelvic bone which means it gets tweaked ALL the time. Finally started to heal when I really laid off (for about 6 weeks), just starting back up again and did some easy 200s but I can still feel it if I drive the leg (like in skipping drills). Anyone heard of this before or done anything to make it heal faster? Done the ibuprofen route.
