Yea they're legal but the products are overhyped and underproven. Save your money and buy a kilo of regular creatine for like $25. Use your savings in supplement costs to buy better food.
Just looked at the muscletech site again. Makes me want to puke. Shows a dozen photos of people on roids holding Muscletech products… Yea MuscleTech products got them that way :flaming: Please don't buy the BS.

What's even better is their print ads with 300 lb hulking 'lab researchers' with 3% bodyfat in white lab coats…..that's less credible than Denise Richards as a nuclear energy scientist (which she played in a James Bond flick). Gimme a break.

I've used gakic before and the only thing it gave me was a stomach ache from having to swallow 8 large pills per serving.
Like was said above, don't waste your money.
if you want some extra energy and more endurance before practice or a meet buy Purple Wraath. https://www.bodybuilding.com/store/clabs/purple.html
I've never used it before a practice or meet but I use it before I lift and get great results. But be warned it tastes like crap
This is kind of a thread derail, but after looking at the ingredients of that, why do most supplement producers always use fake sugar?
Am I the only one who doesn't trust fake anything? (margerine, etc)

It's probably due to the sugar backlash of the not-so-distant past. There's an appropriate time and place for sugar but many still follow Atkins-era hype.
