Would you ever (in GPP) place SE work on the day after acc dev? I’m thinking it may be too high of a CNS demand on consecutive days.
I’m trying to set up a very general GPP microcycle (collegiates, M&W). So far I’ve got:
Monday: Acc Dev (in the form of hills)
Tuesday: Tempo running
Wednesday: Active recovery, probably low intensity core/med ball/G.S. activities.
Thursday: Acc Dev (in the form of 20m/30m/40m)
Friday: Here’s the problem — Would it be acceptable to place max speed/SE here (I’m thinking 60m/80m, etc.). If not, I’ll have to bump it to the weekend.
