I’m 16 I weigh 73kg (161lb) and I am 1.75m/5’9.
I can backsquat 132kg (291lb), front squat 110kg (243lb) and dead lift 190kg (419lb). My weakest point is my bench, 86kg (161lb).
I’m looking to improve my speed for rugby:
1) Am I squatting and dead lifting too heavy for my height and weight if I want to get faster?
2) Would my bench being too low in comparison to my squat and dead lift effect my speed?
