I just wanted to point out that I just added a third article from Boo to the site today. The new article is Special Considerations for the High Jump Approach. The other articles can are Displacement Characteristics in the Long Jump and Planning Technical Training for the Track & Field Athlete.

The HJ article is a classic, imho… i usally read it 2-3 time a year… lots of good info about approach running and t.o set-up in general. every jumps coach should check it out.
