One function of fascia is to transfer force from one end of the body to the other and everywhere in between. I’m also hearing it stores more elasticity than muscle?.

Which begs the question, How do we develop/condition the fascia?.

Does your blog picture suggest Bolt is linked with Anatomy Trains?.

And if so, which line(s) meridians are we referring too?.

I already have it & it’s very interesting indeed.

The source seems to state muscle can’t compete with fascial elasticity. If that is the case & Bolt is on the train, it will be hard for other sprinters to compete?.

It’s interesting to hear people keep talking about muscle, failing to understand the majority of the elasticity is in the fascia & tendons.
