What supplements would be best for right before a race..

Ive tried white flood (beta alanine) and hypershock which was pretty good.. (NO + caffeine + tyrone/taurine + creatine + bunch of other stuff), however im looking for a nice CNS stimulant.

I’ve heard of powerdrive and also brain quicken. Any info with those?
          Any other brands/etc. ?

Is muscle speed completely safe? I mean….5000% vitamin v12? And in general…is it definitely safe?

On top of that, is it another one of those…guaranteed performance improvement claims, or does it actually live up to its hype.

100% safe i am sure…read the research, they have done lots on it…

And i can say from my own experience it is excellent and by far the best pre-meet sup i’ve ever used. My 315 clean last was in big part to the supplement i am sure…You can’t go wrong with it…

Caffeine is probably the best stimulant you are going to get that is legal.

Yohimbine (not yohimbe) can be good too, though some people respond poorly to it. I like it at times because it makes me quite irritable/angry and aggressive (good for racing).

You could also try chocamine, which is caffeine and some other stuff, but has a slightly different effect, from my experience and others.

Chocamine contains synephrine, which is on the WADA watchlist. Better not risk future problems. You can also buy the ingredients in Musclespeed separately, mainly:
          Caffeine
          Geranamine
N-Acetyl-Tyrosine (regular Tyrosine works pretty well too)
          Acetyl-L-Carnitine

Yes, that is what musclespeed is…caffeine plus other stuff!

You are not going to have problems taking something that has minute/miniscule amounts of something that isn’t even banned. There actually isn’t a lot of info to indicate that there is even synephrine in chocamine–I’ve only seen one source even mention it.

I like the brainquicken and AMP combo. 4 brainquicken and 2 AMP’s before prelims and 2 more AMP’s before finals.
