im a long jumper with a right foot takeoff and 2 weeks ago i sprained my big toe joint on that foot…2 weeks later i still cant jog on it without pain and certainly cant put any more force in the track than that. i saw the doctor yesterday and he said its a bad injury because that joint is very prone to re-injury and that it also take aong time for it to heal properly. Has anyone had experience with this type of injury and is it as bad as the doc said it could be…im totally bummed out right now, because this indoor season was going well…
