          Are there such a thing as biorythms. I read something that says you have a 30 day or so cycle of physical strenght. Is this true and if so how can you use this in your training?

          Biorythms definitely exist but it would be quite difficult and somewhat impractical to design training programs around them because of the fact that they aren't well understood and perhaps more importantly because of the logistical problems it (designing training programs around them) would cause. Taking into account how you feel and perform and adjusting volumes and intensities accordingly would probably be more helpful and possibly accomplish the same thing by coincidence.
