Nice to see you back on the boards!
The major thing I see is during your second start, and to a smaller extent your first, your left leg after block clearance sweep through along an arc rather than a straight line which then when you begin to step down your foot is shooting off to the side causing a side step. Clean up the path going forward and it should stop it from whipping out to the side.
Positive notes: great extension and angle coming out, great shin:body angles, the low heel recovery is great, although I’m not a major fan of the toe drag as I think that it is just as detrimental as too high of a heel rise. I feel like it forces excessive plantarflexion through swing phase, which isn’t something that the body naturally does during that phase and posture?may get wonky for now having to compensate for the longer lever. Counterpoint: many pros who toe drag don’t have that issue. I don’t have any scientific backing for that, just my own observation when watching athletes attempt it. Just my two cents!
Overall it’s a pretty solid start!
