After watching a good amount of DL races and the like, I tend to notice the few sprinters that stick out in terms of body composition…..off the top of my head guys like Ndure and H.A.A stick out on opposite ends of the spectrum. So, what are your guys thoughts in terms of gaining size/ reducing muscle mass in terms of sprinters? Obviously some people are built differently, but there comes points on either ends of the spectrum that it starts to be a problem.
