People can lift massive amounts with partial squats, and then call it a ‘squat’.
I’ve lifted 375kg for partials, yet only 180k for parallel. A triple jumper I know with Bolts build also does partial squats at 300+kg.
As for the merit of partials… well, that’s and entirely different discussion of course!
I say start start a thread for discussion on partials. I’m always up for some good discourse
