What is everyone's opinion on SciFit's pH buffered products like their Kre-Alkalyn? Anyone notice better results on their products rather than the traditional monohydrate.

i tried kre alkalyn.  didn't notice any difference from regular creatine.

I know of a friend that swear thet Sci Fit stuff is golden and unlike monohydrate doesn't give you muscle cramps.

Creatine doesn't give you muscle cramps. There are tons of studies in previous creatine posts regarding this.

Research evidence suggests that it's not the creatine that causes the cramps, it's the creatines effect on cellular fluid uptake. Essentially, people just don't drink what they should because they are so used to drinking their normal amounts that they don't drink the greater quantities that taking creatine would require. It's the same thing with heat. People get accustomed to drinking X quantity of fluids and then when it gets hot and they perspire more they don't think to drink 2X quantity of fluids.

I switched my aminos to a ph buffered form from sci fit…I had to take half the number of pills than before b/c they were AKG but didnt notice any difference
