can any one help me speeding me up on the 100 meters 200 meters and 400 meters? I am currently a long distance runner running 20 miles a week(gonna go to 40 soon) and have no more speed whatsover after starting to train.At 16 i was around 13 seconds now i am running 16-17 seconds wih a lot of trouble
Anyone any ideas on what workouts i could do?I started doeing soem strides after my runs and sometimes a couple in my run i also can train on a track and i have a gym near by where i already do some training.
