I've posted alot of stuff on losing weight, but it's getting really bad. I just can't stop eating. It's like I dobn't have the mental ability to do it. I can make myself workout 6 days a week, and hard, not easy workouts, but I can't stop eating crap and it's really pissing me off. I used to weigh like 240, and dropped down to 180, and now I've been pogo sticking in the 190s, and I just want to cut down to about 175, but every time I turn over a new leaf it lasts about half a day and I'm at my wits end. What can I do?

First of all, get all of the trash out of your house.  Remove the temptation.  Throw it away NOW.  So what, you are throwing away some food you paid for.  If that bothers you so much, give it to a friend, or perhaps a competitor.

Next, arm yourself with a plethora of healthful foods to fight the urge to eat trash.  If you have good food around, you'll be satisfied with nutrient dense meals and minimize craving junk food.  My typical shopping list includes stuff like:
Spinach, Carrots, Apples, Plums, Bananas, Pineapple, Quinoa, Green Tea, Walnuts, Almonds, Cashews, Extra Lean Beef (Eye of Round, London Broil), Chicken Breast, Eggs, Peppers, Cheese.  You see there is a large variety of different nutrients that will push my body towards better performance, optimal body composition, and optimal health.

Finally, prepare your food in advance so you aren't tempted to dip into the nearest 7-11 or BK and grab a "not so great" meal consisting of a corn dog, fries, and a large root beer.  If it's prepared, you are much more likely to eat it and less likely to eat trash. So prep your chicken and beef on sunday night for the week, throw it into some tupperware along side some spinach, peppers, carrots, and walnuts before you leave the house in the mornings and you've got a good meal.

          Best of luck.

I was in my grandma's house the other day, who is big into nutrition and she had a book on the Hawaiian Diet.  The thing that was interesting about the book is it detailed certain foods that you can eat a ton of but it is nearly impossible to gain weight due to the caloric value.

One example is that you have to eat 27lbs of grapefruit in one day in order to hit 2500 calories.  I wouldn't suggest trying to eat that many grapefruits, but there were plenty of other foods listed in the book which a person could eat till their heart was content and not gain weight.

Oh yeah, I am not new, my old login name wasn't letting me sign on . . .

but i dont get it here soll ill drink water : )
whatever.  Wisconman,  my bro had the same problem and now he eats healthy all week  long and has one day when he eats all the junk he likes,  works well for him.
personally i actually crave healthy food since i started eating it.  after a while of eating healthy  junkfood etc. istn an option anymore.  just stick with it,  maybe youll come there too.

When you eat well and repair your endocrine system from poor eating habits, this often happens.  Due to a relatively constant blood sugar level, your cravings for trash will often drop.
