If you could have one track and field related gift for Christmas what would it be….some book or video, a track in your back yard, Michael Johnson's legs, a 50 inch vertical jump? Dream big and don't limit yourself just because you were a bad boy or girl this year!

To be 20 years old again.

I wouldn't want to give up a lot of the things I currently have (family, knowledge etc) but certainly the physical make up of a 20 year old would be nice. That said I am in better shape now than I was at 20. 😀

As the above is impossible I'll settle for for a weather controlling machine and to show I'm not totally selfish would set it to rain mode on my rest days 😀

          1) right now it would be a copy of Dan's lecture from the US Track Coaches Assn clinic. (if anyone knows someone that might have it please let me know… i'll make a good trade for you and the person who sends it).

          2) a true Allerton style gathering of people like JJ, Dave, Mike, Jim, Todd, Grigg, John Dagata, AndyE, Baumann and a few others along with the old-schoolers (think great coaches section).

2.) have ben johnson's wicked start

3.) have access to all the facilities, recovery modules etc…i could possibly need ever.

JJ, one of my track coache actually knows Tellez and talks to him on a regular basis!
