Any thoughts as to what may couse problems like this. ever since I started track 3 years ago at 17 if that matters I have been injured with quadricep pulls and knots more then half the time.
I suspect that this is the source of your problem. Excessively tight hamstrings can pull the pelvis out of alignment which can have a ripple effect. Further complicating the matter is that a tight hammy is sometimes a consequence of an inactive glute. I'd suggest seeing a good AT to find the source of the problem then try addressing the hamstring strength / flexibility imbalance (or the glute proble) and you may very well end your quad problem.
