I new here and i have a couple questions, if you guys could give me some advice it would be awesome…
I am not fast or strong. I have horrible genetics, seeing as how depsite my efforts to gain speed and strength i see minimal gains. Anyways, after doing a charlie fransic type program for a while with speed, tempos and weights, i was think of trying something else.
So i was wondering how advisable it would be for me to use clyde hart's program as a "cookie cutter" and follow it almost to a t?? Is this program only for advanced atheletes or would it be ok for someone who isn't any where near elite, seeing as how the program it self doesn't use much speed work?
