          How useful can ithlete be if access for measurement is limited solely to training arrivals?

          Could you expand your arrival procedure and model? Is this a club or school program?

          With the exception of one member, the athletes attend HS during the early part of the day. We meet directly after school (~2:00p) on weekdays for specific track club work. Two of the athletes have some form of physical development training three of the five days prior to our sessions.

          However as I understand it, the results from HRV readings during that window wouldn’t carry near the same weight as a morning wakeup assessment. Or is there, given those limitations, a better method using the ithlete?

          BTW, I appreciate your followup since I would like to make use of the equipment we have.
