Since my last meet, I’ve suffered from a hairline fracture on the second toe on my right foot. After a few weeks of sitting around feeling sorry for myself, I’m going to control what I can control by using what I still have to keep working on my goals. I may not be able to train how I want to train now, but I will not allow this setback to stop me from my pursuit.

*Felt VERY tired. I wish I had done this as soon as I got hurt, but thank God I didn’t wait another day longer before I did.
