Weight room tests of cleans, bench, and back squat…
Percentage of those lifts that can be used to convert to other types of similar lifts.
Snatch (I've used around 70%)
Deep squats ??
Split Squats (I've used around 65%)
Incline (I've used around 70-75%)
Looking to see thoughts or suggestions without having to run a battery of tests for each.
