I hurt my hammy back in May, and i had been getting treatment, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, but i never received any deep tissue massage. What do you think can result out of me not getting any deep tissue?
Will it be wise to start getting now? help out please…

How is it feeling? Does it feel like any scar tissue has built up?
If you have the $ for it I'd say better late than never. Although if you got it done before it may have assisted in the healing process and cut down recovery time drastically. -
How do you know whether scar tissue has built up? Right now i have full range of motion in stretching, pain when stretching, its only when i contract the hamstring, it isnt painful but i can actually feel the whole hamstring squeezing together, it isnt so with the uninjured leg. Most times when im in a crouched position eg squat position if i contract it i feel it.
It's an irritating feeling, cause it feels as if it needs to be hurt(deep tissue/punched) to stop feeling like that.

Based on what you said I'd say you have scar tissue buildup or have restrictive fascial adhesions. You may actually be able to palpate the injury and find that exact location of the problem.
