Discus teammate

          This is a teammate of mine, whose a sophmore, throwing discus.

          Please mind the foul, it wasnt in a competition.

          Slow down out of the back. Sweep wider with the swing leg. Sprint across the ring more aggressively. Get the discus off your hip through the turn. Pull through lower. Block hard with the left leg.
