My friend and I are long sprinters, and we decided to do XC this season to improve our endurance for the longer races. Now that we’re getting about halfway through the season, we realize we need to start working on our Speed stuff again. We are still training for XC, but what are some good workouts that we can do in addition to our XC training to prepare us for the indoor season. Here are the races we run:
55m, 110m hurdles, 400m hurdles, 50m, 4x200m, 4x400m, and occasionally 400m and she might try moving up to 600m
200m, 400m ((my favorite race)), 4x200m, 4x400m, and I want to move up to 600m-800m.
